_{**Vlad has a certain time limit when changing back and forth from human to dragon. Once in dragon form he has 1-2 hours until changing back to human form and 2 hours and 34 minutes until he is able to change again. But the only withdrawals of transformation that Vlad will always experience is suffering of 20-30 minutes of cramps throughout his body.**}

Motive: As a Sadist, Vlad always enjoyed the pleasure of getting under someone's skin and ravishing in their hatred. Even at times, enjoys the hits and jabs he often takes from brawls. Whether it be burning down kingdoms, stealing, or tearing down someone's self esteem, he always finds a way to manipulate any situation for his own amusement. Making him a prime Bully to stay away from.

Personality/Behaviours: Lustful and narcissistic, Vlad is always prone to be very over-confident and laid-back. Known to be a bully, he is most likely seen to harrass anyone who cross his path. Whether it'll lead to emotional turmoil or physical agony, Vladimir will always find enjoyment from either. And as well as being a sly manipulator, Vlad is extremely two-faced and can even act as if he can be your bestest of friend when he sees something of interest. If it isn't money he's going after to steal, its most likely princesses or women he is fond of and wants to court. Even if they are in some cases, Herions _{(Sorry ladies..he don't do little girls.. He ain't no pedo)}. But whenever challenged or provoked, Vlad can easily lose his patience within seconds and can actually be very scary to be around with. But some things that Vlad is extremely disgusted by the most is either cold climate or tickling..especially around the sides of his ribs.

Hometown and History: Born and raised in the ''Dragon Kingdom'' far off the southwest of RedReckCliffs, Vladimir grew up as a poor quarrelsome brat. As the only child in his family and with his parents never home from traveling , Vlad grew up roaming the streets and depending only on himself and his street-smarts. But as he got older he began to associate with local bullies and criminals that passed by, helping them in small tasks. _{(He even befriends bats whenever he camps in a nearby cave)}. And through them, Vlad began to find and develope the enjoyment of the pain of other citizens and thus began his criminal records of streetbrawls, harrasement and stealing. But not long was it after he then met his beautiful wealthy ex-girlfriend. Fallen in love, Vlad desperatly tried to be romantic and often enjoyed sleeping in her lap as she sang. But as time progressed, his girlfriend began to see the error of Vlad's sadistic ways and eventually broke up with him as well as give his whereabouts to the Authorities. Mortified and belligerent, Vlad quickly made his way into his domain and packed everything along with all the treasure he had stolen through the professional years of mugging. Therefore leaving the kingdom and beginning his life anew in the lands of Ooo.

Homebase/ Home: Somewhere off between the very outskirts of the Candy Kingdom and the Verdant Plains lies ''The Forest of Silence''. A forest that shows barely any life left inside the territory. The plants and trees are tainted with decay, holding little amounts of leaves and the grass has lost it's healthy green and developed into the shriveled of yellow tint. Barely creatures live in that environment as well. But in the very depth of the environment will hold an old abandoned house that stood for generations. Despite the horrid condition of his home, Vladimir doesn't take one ounce of disgust when going through the door. For all he knows, this is just the entrance. Going down the stairs to the basement of the house, Vladimir then lifts a certain book off of a table and clicks a button. Unraveling the bookshelf, behind it is an underground tunnel that leads to Vladimir's lair. Inside holds large amounts of collected treasure in which Vlad had stolen from the townspeople back at his home. Being a hoarder, Vladimir stashes everything he holds dear to him in this cave and even sleeps ontop of the high levels of gold to ensure its protection.

Extra Quirks:
- Vlad is a 6'6 ft tall.
- As being a Hoarder and a well-known Thief, Vladimir is very over-protective of his collection of treasure. And being a thief, he gets paranoid when anyone else is seen with his prized possessions, knowing that they can easily take it away. So as a pre-caution, Vladimir NEVER lets anyone hang at his Lair.
- Vlad has an odd habit of sleeping upside down. Usually seen by hanging from a tree limb now and then for naps.
- The only creatures, he consider to be friends are the Bats. And even inside his Lair, Vlad is always comforted by seeing a good number of bats on the ceiling. Knowing that he himself can train these bats to be Henchmen, he keeps putting the idea aside until he knows that he'll find the time for the training.
- Despite being a dragon, Vlad is more often shown in his human form. But whenever in his lair protecting his treasure or brawling in a fight, Vlad isn't hesitant to changing back.
- He barely uses the Hypnosis technique often..unless there is no other way to get whatever he wants.
- Vladimir is a cuddler. =///=
-Despite being a ruthless jerk, Vlad always loves to get rough with the ladies. Especially when they get mad. Whether it be Princesses or Herions, he always loves to tease them in a game of throwing them around with his tail or even holding them in a rude gesture.
The more angrier they get, the more tempted he'll feel.
